The Gulch

The Gulch sits just south of downtown on 11th and 12th Avenues South, between Broadway and Division Street. Once an industrial rail yard, it became the first neighborhood in the South to earn LEED certification for neighborhood development in 2009. Today it is a walkable district of boutique hotels, murals, shops, breweries and music venues such as the Station Inn.
